Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bag of onions and cardboard boxes containing vegetables were stored on the floor inside the walk-in cooler. Storing food on the floor contaminates the food. Ensure food is stored at least six inches (15cm) off the floor to allow for visual inspection and to facilitate cleaning.

Observation: Grease buildup and food debris is observed on the floor beside the table next to the dough mixer.
Thoroughly deep clean and sanitize the floors to ensure the premises is kept in a sanitary condition.

GEN - Staff on duty have FOODSAFE Level 1
- Temperature of coolers are 4C or below
- Temperature of freezer is -18C or below
- Concentration of QUATS sanitizing solution is 400ppm
- Handwash station has hot running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Hot holding unit holding pizza is 60C. Staff mentioned that pizza slices are discarded every 30 minutes
- Staff demonstrated good personal hygiene practices
- General sanitation of the premises is satisfactory. However, cleaning is required in the areas mentioned above.
