Routine inspection conducted. Lunch just served at the time of the inspection.

-Handwash station adequately supplied.
-Cooler/freezer temperatures within requirements.
-200ppm chlorine solution available in a spray bottle and 3 compartment sink for manual dishwashing. Ensure to label the bottle as 'sanitizer' and that all washed dishes/utensils are soaked in the sanitizer for at least 2 minutes before air drying.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Downstairs storage room maintained in sanitary manner.
-General maintenance and sanitation very good at this time.
-Downstairs washroom satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.
-No concerns observed at this time.
