Routine Inspection: - Hot/cold water, liquid soap and paper towel available at all hand wash stations - 200ppm Quats available in spray bottles - 3 compartment sink available with 200ppm Quats - Walk in cooler was 4C or lower - Walk in freezer was -18C or lower - All coolers along the preparation line were 4C or lower - All freezers along the preparation line were -18C or lower - Hot holding of proteins was 60C or greater - Ice for stir sticks are changed every 4 hours or as needed **ensure to monitor level of ice and change frequency as needed** - Food storage was good; all food items were stored at least 6 inches off of the ground - General sanitation and cleanliness was good - No evidence of pest activity was observed during inspection; EcoLab comes once a month **Use only one sink in the coffee/drink area as the dump sink, the other must only be used for hand washing purposes** Please contact the health officer if you have any questions or concerns
