Follow-up inspection conducted. Freezers have been serviced and temperatures are dropping to at or below -18 C. The front bar freezer was measured at - 19.0 C/ The robot coupe food processor cutting bowl is not used, still taped, with "DO NOT USE" sign attached. Owner has ordered replacement, Food debris under shelves in dry storage areas. Under prep table and under sinks in dishwashing area and below 2-compartment sink, have all been cleaned up very thoroughly. Thank you.
