- Sanitation: Cleaning of "hard to reach" areas is required to be conducted on a regular basis. (ie; behiind/under front counters, hot water tank, etc.) Stiore all items in designated areas - remove all unused/unwanted equipment - to free up space!
- Spray bottles: Are required to be clearly labelled! (ie: water - bleach, etc)
- Fume hood/Deep fryer - fume hood cleaning is required to be conducted. (ie: Service schedule is to be followed.)
