Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station upon entrance into kitchen not supplied with paper towel in paper towel dispenser. Staff placed paper towel in the dispenser during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Maintain all hand washing stations adequately supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are washing their hands while handling food.

- Chest freezer at -19'C
- Sweets display cooler at 2'C
- Preparation cooler at 4'C (top and bottom)
- Hot-held food measured above 60'C
- All food stored covered and at least 6 inches off the floor
- Raw meat stored away from ready to eat foods
- General sanitation satisfactory during inspection
- Low-temperature chemical dishwasher measured at 100 ppm chlorine concentration at plate surface with test strip
- Bleach sanitizer in pail with wiping cloth measured at 200 ppm chlorine concentration with test strip
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
- Public washroom observed in good sanitary condition
- Permit posted in a conspicuous location on site
