Bar area finishing:
- seal Stainless steel (SS)at handsink/glasswasher such that water can't migrate to below or other areas. Discussed.
- Seal base of equipment and/or shelves where small gaps exist. Discussed.
- Add SS trim where needed.
**Overall looks very good.
**Lighting much better. No need to add light for floor cleaning purposes.
Kitchen area:
- Seal areas surrounding handksinks. Discussed.
- Close in exposed floor under new SS counter/shelves at walk-in. Discussed.
- Walk-in cooler door handle is a sharps concern. Shave smooth to protect hands. Discussed.
Hot Water Tank room:
- Fix door to allow full movement.
- Edge of wall/floor interface and area around HWT drip pan grout work incomplete. Finish as discussed such that there are no recesses for debris to accumulate.
Noted:
- Coolers all less than 4C.
- freezers below -18 C.
- Glasswasher OK.
- Dishwasher OK.
- Quats at dispenser 200 ppm
**Make sure staff refill sani-buckets with sanitizer only. Use different container for soap or water only needs.
Handwash stations good.
No construction material in kitchen area. Make sure all equipment is removed from premises
