Observation: Mouse droppings were found in the shelf under the cash register.
Some droppings were observed behind equipment in the dry storage room.
A pest control report from November 2, 2023 was reviewed during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Have a professional pest control company return to the premises and send the report to Fraser Health within two weeks.
2) Identify and seal all entry points in the premises.
3) Clean all droppings with a bleach solution.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot dogs and chili were > 60 C.
Temperature records were up to date.
The ice machine is cleaned every week.
Blenders and juicers are cleaned and sanitized regularly.
Quats sanitizer measured at 200ppm.
Staff were FoodSafe certified.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
