Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Mouse droppings observed at the following locations: kitchen floor and lower shelf along food warmer wall, behind kettle, floor and lower shelf along stove cooking wall, under office desk, lower shelves in dry storage preparation station, back corner behind folding wall, and in corner by dry storage hallway door.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
