Hand sink provided with liquid soap and single use paper towels.
200ppm quats available for use. Wiping cloths stored in solution when not in use.
200ppm quats dispensed at 2 compartment sink at back.
Dishwasher registers 78 degrees C at the plate surface during the final rinse cycle.
Pest control services in place. No pest activity noted during inspection.
Back 2 door cooler at 3 degrees C. First in First Out practices observed.
2 door under the counter at or below 4 degrees C.
Under the counter coolers at or below 4 degrees C.
Breakfast sandwiches kept in under the counter cooler. Breakfast sandwiches in display case at front are "display only".
