Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sink in the staff washroom is used for storage. Clean uniforms are hung next to the toilet. No soap and paper towel at the handsink at the front.
Corrective Action(s): Staff must be able to wash their hands before leaving the washroom. Clutter has been removed from the sink and in the staff washroom. Clean uniforms been moved. Provide soap and paper towel for the front service area.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) The cloth covering the "naan sticker" is dirty and moldy. 2) Pails of sauces and food stored on the floor in the walk-in without covers. 3)Clean cutting board stored behind the faucet at the handsink.
Corrective Action(s): The "naan sticker" has been discarded. Pails of food have been covered. Ensure this is done in the future to protect food from potential contamination. Cutting board has been moved to a clean location to protect it from being splashed while staff are washing their hands.

Walls around the dishwasher has been tiled and cleaned.
Do not store cell phone on the cutting board. Wash hands after using the cell phone.
Check temperatures daily and record on a log sheet.
Temperature of refrigeration units in the kitchen is satisfactory.
No obvious signs of pest noted.
