-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
- Walk-in cooler at 3.2C.
- Alcohol walk-in cooler at 4C.
- Walk-in freezer - satisfactory.
- Main line upright cooler at 4C.
- Cooler unit under the grill was at 1.8C.
- Pizza prep cooler at 3C (top and bottom) and 4C.
- Cooler units downstairs at 4C.
- Freezers downstairs - satisfactory.
- Main line freezer - satisfactory.
- Service area and bar coolers at 4C.
- Hot holding > than 60C.
- Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
- Bar glasswasher had a final rinse of 12.5ppm iodine on the glass surface (minimum 12.5ppm required for proper sanitizing).
- Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Quats sanitizer spray bottles at 200ppm. Quats sanitizer dispenser was at 200ppm.
- Chlorine sanitizer at 100ppm (near 2-compartment sink).
Note: Deli slicer was clean and well maintained.
- Ice scoops stored in a sanitary manner.
- Food storage - satisfactory.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
- Staff washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels.

Recommendation:
- Please replace a broken spray bottle for chlorine sanitizer (near 2-compartment sink).
