Follow up to health inspection report MBEK-D2ATD5. High temperature dishwasher has been repaired. Additional time was required to repair dishwasher due to a part that needed to be replaced. Manual sanitizing method (quats - 200 ppm) was used in the interim. High temperature dishwasher was measured at greater than 71 degrees C at the utensil surface during the final rinse at the time of inspection, and was measured over multiple cycles. Required: 71 degrees C or more at the utensil surface. Dishwasher achieved a maximum temperature of 77 degrees C at the utensil surface. Cooler noted on previous report has also been repaired and was measured at 3 degrees C at the time of inspection. Required: 4 degrees C or less.
