- Follow-up to inspection conducted on November 3, 2023 (Report #YTAN-CX8PJB). - No fly activity noted at time of inspection. - Fly light has been relocated above another work table that is not used to prepare food, according to staff. Deli slicer (not yet in use) to be moved. Also discussed other potential locations for the fly light, further away from or below food preparation areas.
