Inspection in response to change of contract of food service to Dana Hospitality

General comments:
-General sanitation satisfactory
-Handsink supplied with hot + cold water liquid soap + paper towel
-High temperature dishwasher operational
Final rinse was 74 deg. C at dish surface
Temperature monitored + recorded daily using external gauge. Quats sanitizer present for surfaces
True 2 door cooler (back) 3 deg. C
True 2 door cooler (front) 4 deg. C
Prep cooler 5 deg. C * monitor and ensure temperature decreases to 4 deg. C or below.
Coca Cola 2 door beverage cooler 5 deg. C *only non-potentially hazardous drinks present

-Coolers and freezer have thermometers present for temperature monitoring
-Hot holding temperatures were > 60 deg. C

-Pest control contract in place. Minor amount of droppings noted on shelving which appears to be from previous issues.
Clean up droppings + sanitize area:
-No changes to layout of premises.
Change of location for chemical storage to be completed (from dishwashing area to designated shelving in dry storage room)
-Health application form completed + submitted Health permit fee to be paid by credit card ($100 Aug to Mar 2020).
-Health approval granted. Permit will arrive by mail. Post in a location visible to the public.
