Observation: Unit #102 (storage space): Storage cooler - rotten blood on a bottom of the cooler
Correction: Immediately. Discard food with rotten odor; remove frozen food from the cooler; Turn it off and clean with hot water and soap; sanitize with Bleach solution the cooler. Regular maintenance must be in the schedule.
