Corrective Action(s): Clean up droppings, disinfect floor and continue to monitor for further activity (Cleaning completed at the time of the inspection). Traps present in room. Pest Control contract in place with service once per month. Service report for May and June shown at the time of the inspection. Ensure instructions/recommendations of Pest Control technician are followed.

-Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap and paper towel and were accessible (not blocked)
-100ppm chlorine detected in dishwasher rinse cycle to sanitize dishes
-200ppm quats solution present in spray bottle to sanitize food contact surfaces (ie. cutting board - minimum every 4 hours).
-Walk-in cooler was 3C
