Mini Fridge (JiL, outside kitchen door): -0.3°C

Sanitation:
Two compartment sink currently used as handwashing station; Separate handwashing station available.
Domestic dishwasher installed on site.
Samsung DW80N3030US 09.2022.
UL and NSF decals located on door of unit. Label states unit reaches 69°C during sanitation cycle.
If "sanitary" cycle is unavailable ensure you properly sanitize utensils and dishes using 2 compartment sink manual ware-washing method.
Please purchase/obtain labels capable of verifying temperature is being met. Develop and maintain temperature logs for the dishwasher to ensure dishwasher is in operational order at all times.
QUATS sanitizer measured 400ppm
Please contact chemical supplier to dilute sanitizer to 200-400ppm. Alternatively, have test strips capable of reading concentrations greater than 400ppm to ensure dispenser is still working properly. If concentrations of more than 400ppm are used for sanitizing food contact surfaces, staff will need to rinse with potable water.
Sanitizer observed to maintain at least 400ppm after storage at room temperature for 18 days, suggesting concentration dispensed is greater than 400ppm.
Sanitizer should be dispensed daily
