Overall sanitation satisfactory Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel; dispensers at front area broken but had a separate bottle and towel available close by. Dispensers will be fixed soon as per operator Hot and cold running water available QUAT sanitizer available on site; detected 200 ppm of QUAT but is running low. Operator indicated that bleach will be soon brought into replace QUAT sanitizer Three compartment sink used for manual ware washing. All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower; all hot holding units at 60 C or higher Operator is aware of donair secondary cook step on grill.
