Corrective Action(s): Remove cardboard. Cardboard is not to be used in food preparation areas as it can not be cleaned. Substitute for something made of easily cleanable durable material.

Install proper paper towel dispensing unit at front handsink. Install same kind as back area. Staff should not have to touch paper towel dispensing unit to stabilize it. This kind of paper towel dispensing unit is not suited for restaurant use. This item was discussed during routine inspection conducted in October 2019.
