Observation: Sink in staff washroom does not have hot or cold water supplied to it.
Corrective Action(s): This sink must be supplied with hot and cold running water. Staff are having to exit the washroom and go back into the kitchen to wash their hands. Get this sink fixed as soon as possible.

Routine inspection:
-permit posted, remove old permit
-handsinks fully equipped with the exception of the staff washroom
-bleach on site as sanitizer
***one spray bottle labelled bleach water had 0ppm bleach in it, staff informed that this bottle is not used, staff emptied at time of inspection
-coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers
-freezers at -18C
-staff on duty at time of inspection has food safety training
-probe thermometer was used to check reheating temperature of gravy
-no signs of pests
***temperature logs are not in use - as per your food safety plan temperatures are to be checked and recorded a minimum of twice daily
***food delivery was received just prior to inspection, a stack of 14 frozen french fry boxes on the ground and 2 boxes of bbq sauce, no potentially hazardous food out from delivery, ensure that frozen foods are put away as soon as possible
