Routine inspection conducted:

- Cooler units at 4C or less
- Freezers at -12C
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Wiping cloths stored in quats sanitizer
- Reviewed live holding tank cleaning and maintenance procedures. Fresh water filter units are back washed weekly while salt water filters are back washed on a biweekly basis. Air gap available between filters and sanitary floor drains.
- Shellfish tags are kept on site for two years
- No evidence of pest activity noted.
