Comments

Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Bleach solution was at 100 ppm. All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. No changes made to the setup or menu. Hot holding units at the front not in use at the time of the inspection. General sanitation was satisfactory.
