Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use packets of soya sauce and sauce cups stored under the sink in the waitressing area along with cans of chemicals. All food items were in plastic bags and not open.
Corrective Action(s): All food items must be stored away from chemicals. All items of concern were moved during inspection.

Observation: Build-up of dust/food debris/miscellaneous items behind chest freezer in main kitchen area and behind the ice machine area. Ice machine also had a build up of mold inside above ice level.
Corrective Action(s): Give the area along this wall behind/under equipment a deep clean as well as the ice storage bin inside the ice machine. Due: Friday January 24, 2020.
