Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer bottles are clearly labeled, available to staff and noted at 100 ppm - 200 ppm chlorine. Approximately 1 cap of bleach per bottle of water per spray bottle. Bottles should be replenished every 2 weeks at least.
Educate staff when to use each chemical: sanitizer, cleaner, Windex. Recommend making a cheat sheet for staff and clearly label all chemical bottles.
