Routine inspection conducted with the presence of 2 food operators.

- General sanitation was good.
- Staff exhibit good personal hygiene, wash their hands frequently.
- 2 Hand wash stations in the kitchen and washroom hand sink equipped with liquid soap and paper towel, and hot/cold running water.
- Walk in cooler, prep cooler and under the counter coolers all measured at 4 C or lower; freezers at -18 C or lower; sauce hot holding unit at 65.2 C.
- QUAT sanitizer available throughout facility; tested 200 ppm of QUATs in both spray bottles and dispenser.
- Three compartment sink used for manual washing. Pull down sprayer was in a sanitary condition.
- Staff observed reheating meat ball with tomato sauce in the microwave to 165F (74C), tested by a sanitized probe thermometer- Excellent!
- Self-serve beverage station and other equipment in sanitary condition.
- No sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
