Observation: 1) Dried food debris build up noted on meat grinder during time of inspection.
2) Ice Machine not kept in a clean manner. Appeared to have some mold growth inside machine.
Corrective Action(s): Thoroughly clean Ice Machine and Meat Grinder so both equipment kept in clean manner. Although meat grinder stored in cooler, a cleaning schedule must be followed so no dry food/meat build up is observed. Date to be Correct by. Immediately

*Recommendation - Obtain suitable shelving (not wood) for walk-in freezer so no food stored on ground.
Meat Room kept in clean/sanitary manner with exception of meat grinder.
Overall sanitation adequate.
No signs of Pests noted.
Random audit of best before/expiry dates was done. All products within dates.
*Reminder - When products that say "Keep Refrigerate" are discounted, they must remain in a cooler at or below 4C.
