Introduction

An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care and Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulations (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DoLSoP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At the inspection dated May 04, 2023 4 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

The following education/recommendations were provided:
· Promoting Active Play in the program
· Temporary Placements
· Active Supervision
· Lead in the Water - flushing of pipes in the morning to remove any residue accumulating in the pipes
· During the inspection it was noted that the log book was underused. Licensing provided education regarding the log book of minor incidents.

Valid CRC, confirmed expiry date with licensee.
