Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer pail had no detectable chlorine concentration. This is a continuing violation.
Corrective Action(s): Bleach sanitizer must be maintained at 100ppm to 200ppm to properly sanitizer equipment and food contact surfaces. Bleach sanitizer at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection. Continued compliance with this requirement will result in the issuance of a violation ticket in the amount of $230.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to April 27, 2020.
-Facility did not have any cardboard lining surfaces at the time of inspection.
-Facility has obtained a cover for the light fixture in the walk-in cooler.
-Facility must have bleach sanitizer prepared during all hours of operation. Further failure to comply with the Food Premises Regulation will result in the issuance of a violation ticket.
