1) Maytag fridge measured 11C at the time of inspection
2) Plastic knob for handwashing station in back kitchen area has not been repaired.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Only whole vegetables stored within this cooler. Operator turned down cooler at the time of inspection. Must be repaired within 1 week.
2) Repair/replace plastic knob.

- sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine; replace squirt bottle of sanitizer in the front drink area
- ice machine in sanitary condition, ice scoop stored separately
- rice scoop stored in ice water
- dishwasher measured 74C at the final rinse cycle; allow more time between loads so that the hot water tank can fill - thermal labels provided to check temperatures
