Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Discussed manual warewashing/equipment practises with staff on site - equipment washed in detergent/water/bleach solution then rinsed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that equipment is cleaned with soap and detergent in first compartment followed by rinsing and then submerged in bleach solution for sanitization step in second compartment. Reviewed with staff.

Note: Ice build up in walk-in freezer near entry door. A lot of condensation as well, look into this and resolve.
