Observation: Ice machine observed with mold build-up on inside filter area. Ice machine was turned off during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all ice in the ice machine. Clean and sanitize the ice machine as per manufacturer instructions. Clean and sanitize the ice machine more frequently (as per approved sanitation plan) to prevent mold build-up and contamination of ice. Keep the ice machine turned off until it is verified to be cleaned and sanitized by the health inspector during the follow-up inspection.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C
- Display cooler at 3'C
- Reach-in ice cream freezer at -18'C
- Beverage coolers at or below 4'C
- Ice freezer at -19'C
- Chest freezer at back to store ice at -18'C
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- 2-compartment sink available with drain plugs and bleach
- All food observed stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- No signs of pests during time of inspection

*Reminder: temperature logs are not maintained. Temperature log template was provided to staff. Ensure temperature logs are maintained to be verified by the health inspector during the next routine inspection.

*NOTE: hot dog cart observed on site selling hot-dogs outside the facility. Hot dog cart is permitted under "Hot Dog Hill" (Decal #2795). Decal is displayed on the front of the cart.
