Follow-up to inspection conducted Apr 19, 2023

- New jug of detergent obtained. Ensure detergent levels are monitored and jug is replaced when needed.
- General sanitation improved. Cleaning from some areas pending (ie. behind chest freezer). Ensure all cardboard is removed.
- Pest control contacted. Operator is waiting for a call back. Send a copy of the contract to health inspector when available. Keep service reports on-site for review.
- Replace cracked food bin with a new one to prevent pest access. Ensure all food bins have secure pest-proof lids.
