- Low temp dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate, except for the reach-in freezers which measured 8-9F. Freezers shall be maintained at 0F (-18C).
- Hot holding foods (soups) measured >60C
- Dipper well is equipped with an air gap to prevent back flow
- Foods are stored off of floor, covered, dated
- Raw meats are stored on the bottom shelf
- Equiptment and food contact surfaces are maintained in a sanitary manner
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection
