Scheduled Routine Inspection to review issues from last inspection report. Hand wash stations supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Facility has installed additional fly lights, traps and other sticky traps, not directly above food prep. Minimal flies inside the facility. No other pests at the time of inspection. Garbage is taken out more frequently and in bags rather than rolling cart, to ensure that door does not stay open. Back screen door is on but wearing down; operators have planned a replacement. Plan in place to keep doors closed as much as possible. More increased frequency of cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces with Quat sanitizer. All surfaces including main prep table are clean and free of food debris. No flies inside display case. Display case appears generally clean. Garbage area - Operator mentioned that this area will be powerwashed and maintained. Build up of grime in this area and spills. Please keep up with monitoring, inspections with pest control contractor and cleaning of surfaces.
