Observation: Hole between wall and floor behind front fire extinguisher appears to be entry point used by mice into kitchen.

Pest activity in front service area observed around waste stations and beverage station.
Corrective Action(s): Seal hole off with grout or steel flashing to exclude pests.

Additional measures are needed to address pest activity in seating area including deployment of additional traps and pest proofing. Corrective measures recommended by professional pest control service on latest report are to be implemented.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed in the following locations:
upstairs dry storage area - droppings observed on floor in corners of large shelved room and on wall ledges.
front service area - droppings on floor around front pastry display case and around fire extinguisher
customer seating area - on floor inside waste bin station cabinets, dead mouse and droppings on shelving below pop beverage station and further droppings on floor below shelf.

Kitchen area - grease and debris on floor below burger grill station


Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
