Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
NOTE: Paper towel holders are placed by each sink (kitchen/staff washroom) for now. Ensure to have wall mount paper towel dispensers filled.
- Coolers operating at/below requirement temperature of 4'C; freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in two buckets.
- 3 compartment sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- No evidence of pest activity observed at this time.

General sanitation of the facility satisfactory but could be improved by cleaning hard to reach areas (i.e. floors underneath/behind large equipment) on a more regular basis.
