Follow-up inspection refer to the inspection report on APR 13, 2022
- Ice machine has been cleaned and free of soil.
- Significant improvement was observed regarding general sanitation in Kitchen and storage area. Storage shelve are organized and clean. Floor is clean and free of food debris. Under the equipment have been cleaned.
- No sign of fruit flies or pest were observed at this date. Pest control is managed by a pest control company.

No other concerns at this date.
A copy of this report has been left with the operator.

General information for the operator: Proper cooling procedure for the rice was discussed. Rice must be cooled from 60C (140F) to 20C(68F) within 2 hours and from 20C to 4C(38F) within 4 hours. Storing cooked rice in small portions and/or in metal containers expedite cooling process.
