Well maintained and operated. Sanitation is excellent. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. The domestic dishwasher in the Stewart Hall has a sani-cycle. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. Two compartment sink is in use in the Stewart Farmhouse kitchen.
