Routine inspection - All chest freezers are -18C or less - All meat products (e.g. poultry, sausages, patties and minced meat) are packaged in the chest freezers - No food products stored on the floor. No rodent activity observed in the area where freezers are stored - Packaging and sausages processed at Arctic Meats - Operator mentioned that they are constructing a walk-in freezer for these meat products - Door to the chest freezer was kept closed during time of inspection
