Gen- -Operator has purchased new container and thermometer to check reheated foods. -No live or dead cockroaches noted in facility. Operator has increased pest control to twice a month until issue is completely resolved. Last pest control visit was this past Monday October 01. Continue to follow pest control's instructions on cleaning. Still outstanding: -> Operator indicated a longer lasting paint would be preferred to refinish bare wood; however, that paint takes longer to dry. Operator would prefer to do it in December. Ensure it's done by next routine.
