Routine inspection - facility produces gluten free and vegetarian bakery products

- Hand wash station equipped with liquid soap and paper towels
- Chlorine bleach sanitizer in the third sink (wash sink) tested 200ppm
- Walk-in cooler registered 2.5C
- Walk-in freezer registered -18C or below
- Staff wear hairnets in production areas
- Notice good weather-stripping underneath the front and back shipping/receiving door
- No signs of pest(s) noted at the time of inspection
- General sanitation and maintenance is good

Recommendations:
1. Operator should look into completing Process Safe or HACCP course
2. Install washable/non-absorbent backsplash material (eg: FRP panels) at the triple sink
3. Ensure to remove any unnecessary/unused equipment/items from the premises
4. Ensure any potential food allergens are properly labelled
5. Recommended a commercial high-temp dishwasher for washing/sanitizing small utensils
