-Follow-up inspection to January 8, 2019. -Hot holding cabinet has been serviced. -Light bulbs have been replaced and heating coil has been replaced. -Right side of hot hold unit was greater than 60C. Left side (furthest left) is approximately 54C. Potentially hazardous foods will be stored on the right side of the cabinet and low potentially hazardous foods will be stored on the right side (fries, wedges and onion rings). The fries, wedges and onion rings are pulled after 4 hours - record sheets are maintained. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
