Follow up inspection: -A probe thermometer had been recently ordered and it was available on-site; however the probe thermometer could not be turned on during the inspection. -Manager informed she would either try replacing the battery or contact the supplier to replace it if it is not in good working order. -Minimal cooking/reheating food internal temperature of at least 74 degrees C was reviewed for cooked food (e.g. spaghetti, breaded chicken etc.). -An IR thermometer was available on-site. This thermometer measures only surface temperature rather than internal food temperature. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
