Observation: Clogged hand sink at the front service hand washing station.
Corrective Action(s): Call plumber to unclog sink. Do not use this hand sink until it is fixed. To prevent contamination/cross-contamination onto hands and food. Use the other hand sink at the front for the time being. Operator called plumber, plumber will be arriving in about 2 hours. Date to be corrected by: today

- Sanitizers in bucket with wiping cloth at 200ppm quats solution
- High temperature dishwasher measured at 75.3C at plate level after final rinse cycle
- Chemicals are stored appropriately away from food
- Ice machine and ice bin are maintained in sanitary conditions
- Ice scoop is stored in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest infestation
- Professional pest control company contracted. No concerns at this time
