Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rehydrated noodles were kept in cold water only.
Corrective Action(s): Operator placed a bag of ice in the noodle bin. Submerge the rehydrated noodles in ice water bath. Use smaller batches between meal times and leave the rest in the cooler.

Observation: Mice droppings identified in dry storage around boxes for take out containers. Rat traps placed.
Corrective Action(s): Please remove droppings, clean and sanitize the affected areas with 100ppm bleach. Place mice traps where mice activity was identified. Ensure products are not contaminated when taking into unit for use.
