Comments

- Handsinks are maintained with hot & cold running water and liquid soap. Paper towel dispenser was empty. Paper towels were located steps away from the handsink. Stock the paper towel dispenser immediately.
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine at plate's surface
- Prep cooler in the front, milkshake cooler, prep coolers in the back, walk-in coolers, upright cooler measured <4C
- Walk in freezer, freezers in the store front measured <-18C
- Hot holding (gravy was probed) maintained >60C
- Temperature monitoring & recordkeeping in place
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection
- Ensure to have the back door closed at all times to prevent pest entry.
