Observation: The back kitchen hand washing sink near a prep. area has been removed.
Correction: The back kitchen hand washing sink near prep. area must be available. Please put it back as per the previously approved floor plan.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#NTSD-C5QPF5 and NTSD-C5RMX7.
All outstanding violation have been corrected in report#NTSD-C5QPF5 and NTSD-C5RMX7:
-Back kitchen handwashing sink near preparation are have been re-installed.
-Dry storage area have been re-installed.
-All items observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor in the dry storage area.
-Unisex staff washroom have been re-installed.
-Walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer have been serviced and measured at 3C and -18C respectively.

Back preparation handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Stand-up freezers measured at -18C.
Grease Trap observed to be installed outside of the restaurant parking lot. City of Surrey to approve grease trap installation.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: Remove equipment from walk-in cooler. Store all equipment outside of walk-in cooler on shelving unit. Organize all dry goods on shelving units. Corrected by: March 1, 2022.

Consultation on renovations for health approval:
-require additional handsink installation near grill line.

Overall, facility is well organized.
