Handwash station, including the washroom, was accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottles available in the back of house preparation area and front of house dinning area. 200 PPM chlorine residual detected. Make sure all food contact surfaces are spray after each use to get rid of any bacteria on the surfaces.
High temperature dish machine was noted at 78.3C at the plate level during the rinse cycle.
All refrigeration units were ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were ≤ -18C.
No food items were stored directly on the floor.
Ice machine, deep fryer, grill and fume hood noted in a sanitary condition.
General organization and sanitation in the facility noted satisfactory.
No signs of pests noted during the inspection.
