Corrective Action(s): Remake bleach solution. Belach soultion should be 100 - 200 ppm chlorine. 1/2 tsp bleach for 1 litre of water.

No mouse droppings noted at time of inspection. Continue to monitor premise for droppings and wash and sanitize these areas as needed. Continue to follow the advice from the pest control company.
